Velvet may be a senior ( late 1930s/1940s) at this point but is luscious to touch and has a wonderful rose floret and puff sleeve detail.
Includes an attached buttoned belt at waist. The interior front has a linen strap across the upper bust for added structure and it protect the front from overstretching.
Apparent Condition: small tear on right cuff, lighter colored ribbed satin(dryer but stable condition)-even fading
Unapparent( not easily seen when wearing): hem has been altered, belt buttons replaced, minor crushing of velvet at underarms.
Dress is in very good wearable condition but needs room when wearing as seams may be delicate
